JETT is pushing hard in 2016 to expand, expand, expand!!

There are two gyms that JETT Training currently operates out of – Fitness First in Bethesda and Team Eckenrode in Rockville. We also handle a large number of in-home clients.

Another new development I am very proud of is our expansion to the area of fitness for cancer patients. With our Cancer Exercise Program, we are doing our best to help this population by getting them back to their regular lives through routines based on their physical needs, helping to reduce fatigue, and lymphedema drainage exercises.
