Eric Toussaint is the founder and owner of JETT Training, a Washington, DC area personal training company. With over 15 years of personal training experience, he has a wealth of knowledge in the field of health and fitness and is an expert in High Intensity Training (HIT) with extensive knowledge of sprint, speed, and agility training, as well as plyometrics, stretching post-rehab and Pre-Post Natal Training. Eric is a Certified Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA), a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a Certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA), a Certified Exercise Professional for Functional Movement Screening (FMS), and a Fitness Nutrition Coach with National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).
Prior to personal training, Eric was a physical therapy aid for three years, giving him a strong rehabilitation background, and is currently a Post-Rehab Exercise Consultant for Sport and Spine Rehab and Got Your Back Chiropractor in the Washington metropolitan area. He is also a proctor for NSPA and regularly administers certification exams. Eric has been a fitness consultant for The Knot and Washington Woman Magazine.
Eric has a bachelors of science in psychology from the University of Maryland. Eric has been involved in sports his entire life, including over 20 years of martial arts experience, ten years of soccer, and ten years of mountain biking. He also regularly competes in mountain bike races, triathlons, and local running races. He is fluent in French.
Eric uses his eclectic and varied background to provide the most comprehensive and complete training possible. He established JETT Training in 2005 to be a results-oriented fitness company, providing clients with measurable results in the shortest possible time to cater to the busy schedules of the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Ed Mecklenburg has been a personal trainer since 2006 and brings a variety of skills to bear with his eclectic background and extensive knowledge in the health and fitness field.
Ed specializes in injury prevention and post rehab, infusing a strong emphasis on functional training. Ed’s approach to functional training is that he believes it is more task driven than text book driven.

Stephen Sakaris has an extensive background in strength and conditioning from his time competing with Ohio State University’s varsity swim team. He competed all four years at the varsity level for the Buckeyes, contributing as an NCAA All American and Big Ten Champion, as well as receiving the Buckeye Power Club award for his efforts in the weight room.
He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in sport management. After graduate school, Stephen began coaching at Rockville Montgomery Swim Club and is currently the head coach of the senior group. Stephen also runs dry-land swim training camps for local swimmers to improve their skills. Stephen is a Potomac native, graduating from Thomas S. Wootton High School where he competed all four years on their varsity swim team.
Steven is excited to use his unique background and specialized skill set in college and high school athletics to develop programs that will challenge and develop young athletes to reach their true potential. His skill set also caters to supporting the general population achieve their health and fitness goals.
Sara Gray is a certified personal trainer through National Strength Professionals Association. She began personal training with JETT Training in 2010 and prior to that she was responsible for building the physical fitness program for the Wake Forest Army ROTC program. Sara is a 2010 graduate of Wake Forest University with a bachelor of science in Health and Exercise Science and is a Logistics Officer in the US Army Reserves.
Sara is a Bethesda native graduating, from Bethesda Chevy Chase High School, where she participated in cross country, basketball, and track. For the past 3 years Sara has been a volunteer coach with the Girls on the Run after school program and loves helping middle school girls learn to love running and embracing a healthier lifestyle. Sara enjoys participating in local races including Tough Mudders, GoRuck, and her favorite is the Army Ten Miler.
Sara uses her military and educational background to create unique programs for clients of all ages and abilities to help them reach their goals.
Richard Rosemond brings over 13 years of personal training expertise to JETT Training, working with clients of all age groups and fitness levels. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T.) with the National Strength Professionals association (NSP). He has provided rehabilitation services for elderly stroke victims and is a certified Megaformer instructor.
Richard enjoys working with athletes, drawing on his previous experience as a semi-professional soccer player in Florida and a member of the Haitian junior national soccer team. Richard speaks French, Creole, and English fluently and is proficient in Spanish. He enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, and traveling in his free time.
Richard is committed to changing lives through a good workout program, great support, and motivation. He makes sure every client enjoys every session and sees great results once he/she has committed to a his regimen.
